Privacy Policy

Tiny Bastion · Effective date: 3 October 2026

This policy explains information processed when you use Tiny Bastion and this landing page. The Game uses Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Unity Authentication and Leaderboards, and store purchase services.

1. Publisher and privacy contact

Tiny Bastion is published by Mohammad Jabbari. For privacy questions or requests, contact apps.jabbari@gmail.com. Google, Unity, Apple and other applicable platform providers process information through their respective services as described below and in their linked privacy notices. Their roles depend on the service and applicable law.

2. Information processed

We do not receive full payment card details from store purchases. Avoid personal information in leaderboard names and avoid sending sensitive information to support.

3. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics

Firebase Analytics helps us understand use of the Game, including gameplay and purchase events. Firebase Crashlytics collects technical crash diagnostics to improve stability. These services may process app-instance or installation identifiers, device details, timestamps and event or crash information. Google Analytics for Firebase has its own service terms and privacy framework. See Firebase privacy and security and Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. AdMob and advertising choices

Google AdMob serves and measures banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising and helps detect fraud. Advertising may be personalized where permitted and consented to, or non-personalized or limited where applicable. Non-personalized advertising can still involve technical data processing.

Where required, we must request consent before consent-dependent processing and provide a way to withdraw it. Apple’s tracking permission is required before activities that fall within Apple’s tracking rules; declining it must not prevent core gameplay. You can also use device privacy settings to control advertising permissions. Available in-game privacy choices depend on the version and your region. See Google advertising information and AdMob privacy guidance.

5. Unity and platform services

Unity Authentication provides player identifiers for online functionality; Unity Leaderboards processes and displays submitted names and scores. These services may collect device, network and service-use data as described in Unity’s Privacy Policy. Apple and Google process store purchases and account information under their own policies: Apple and Google.

6. Purposes and legal bases

We process information to operate game features, validate purchases, deliver entitlements, manage leaderboards, diagnose crashes, improve gameplay, provide support, serve or measure advertising and prevent misuse. Where applicable, processing relies on performance of a contract, legitimate interests subject to balancing, legal obligations, or consent for activities requiring it. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Essential processing and different lawful bases may continue where applicable.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information is shared with the service providers above as needed for their functions, and with support or hosting providers when applicable. It may also be disclosed to meet legal obligations, protect rights, investigate misuse, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate safeguards. Leaderboard records are shared publicly within the relevant leaderboard. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards are required where law mandates them.

8. Retention and security

Game progress may be stored locally until removed by you or your device. Service data is retained under the applicable provider settings and retention policies for the stated purposes, including legal, security and dispute-resolution needs. Support records are retained as reasonably necessary to address the request and meet those needs. We use reasonable safeguards and provider protections, but no system can guarantee absolute security. A deletion request may leave records that must legally be retained.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email support with your request and enough information to locate your records; do not send passwords. We may need proportionate identity verification. Device-level preferences and store account data should also be managed with the relevant platform. Uninstalling removes some local data but does not automatically delete provider-held records. Where applicable, rights concerning advertising-related sharing, sale, targeted advertising or profiling are honored; classifications depend on the processing and local law.

10. Children

Store age ratings describe content suitability and are separate from privacy consent rules. A parent or guardian must authorize use where required. We do not seek to collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information without required authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Child-directed distribution, if applicable, requires appropriate advertising and data settings.

11. This website

This landing page does not include Firebase, AdMob or a separate analytics script. Your browser requests the page and images from its host, which may keep standard access and security logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information such as IP address. The gameplay video is served by this site. Emailing support sends your message through your email provider and ours. External links take you to services with their own policies.

12. Policy changes and contact

We may revise this policy to reflect changes to the Game, services or law. The effective date appears above; material changes will be communicated as required. Contact Mohammad Jabbari at apps.jabbari@gmail.com.
