Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to mjabbari.com and mobile applications and games published by Mohammad Jabbari, collectively called the “Services.” The operator is Mohammad Jabbari, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to apps.jabbari@gmail.com.
A specific app may display an additional notice where a feature has different data practices. That notice supplements this policy.
Information we handle directly
We do not operate a general user-account database for these Services, and we do not ask for your name, postal address, contacts, or payment-card details merely to use the apps. We do not sell personal information for money.
We may receive limited information directly when you:
- email us for support, feedback, or a privacy request;
- send diagnostic details or screenshots voluntarily;
- use a feature that clearly asks you to submit information;
- visit the website, where the hosting provider may create routine security and access logs.
Support communications may include your email address, the content you send, device or app information you choose to provide, and our replies.
Information processed automatically
Some apps use Google AdMob and analytics services such as Google Analytics for Firebase. Depending on the app, device, region, consent choices, and SDK configuration, these providers may process:
- IP address and approximate or general location derived from it;
- device, app, advertising, and app-instance identifiers;
- device type, operating system, language, app version, and network information;
- app launches, screens viewed, taps, session activity, ad requests, impressions, and clicks;
- crash logs, performance information, and other diagnostics;
- fraud-prevention, security, and ad-delivery signals.
This information is generally pseudonymous and does not directly tell us your name or email address. It can still be personal data under applicable privacy laws.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, understand usage and stability, provide support, display and measure advertising, detect abuse and invalid traffic, resolve technical problems, comply with legal obligations, and enforce the Terms.
Consent and legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on your consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with law, or legitimate interests such as operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services. Where consent is required for personalized advertising, analytics, device storage, or tracking, a consent or platform-permission flow may be presented.
You may withdraw consent through an in-app privacy-options entry point where available, your device settings, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Third-party services
Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Services used by one or more apps may include:
- Google Privacy Policy, including AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Google Play, and related security services;
- Firebase privacy and security information;
- Apple Privacy Policy, for App Store distribution, purchases, Apple services, and platform features.
An app may also link to websites or content operated by others. We do not control their privacy practices and encourage you to review their notices. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for a third party’s independent privacy, security, content, or data-handling practices.
Device permissions and local content
Certain apps may request access to media, music libraries, files, photos, microphone, notifications, Bluetooth, local network, or similar device features. Access is used to provide the feature you choose. Imported music, downloaded files, recordings, playlists, game progress, and similar content normally remain on your device unless a feature clearly initiates sharing, synchronization, backup, or transfer.
You can review or revoke permissions in your device settings.
Advertising and analytics choices
- Use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and iOS settings to control tracking permission.
- Use Android privacy and advertising settings to reset or delete the advertising ID where supported.
- Use any privacy-options control shown inside an app to review consent choices.
- Device or regional settings may result in personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertising.
Some laws define targeted-advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” even when no money is exchanged for personal information. You may use available consent and device controls to limit that processing.
Retention, transfers, and security
We retain direct support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Third-party providers apply their own retention periods.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers are handled using legally recognized safeguards. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If a particular app is designated for children or a mixed audience, age-appropriate advertising and privacy settings should be applied as required by the app store, advertising provider, and applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information should contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent or complain to a regulator. Send requests to apps.jabbari@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.
Because much analytics and advertising information is held by third parties under device or app-instance identifiers, some requests may also need to be completed through device settings or the provider’s privacy tools.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or provider changes. The revised version will be posted at mjabbari.com/privacy-policy with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in an app where appropriate.
