Privacy Policy

Tilehearts · Last updated: 16 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Tilehearts ("the Game"), published by Mohammad Jabbari ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Game you agree to this policy.

In short: we do not collect, store or sell your personal information. The Game has no accounts, no logins and no servers of ours. Your progress is stored only on your device. Some third-party services used by the Game (advertising, purchases, leaderboards) collect data under their own policies.

1. Information We Collect

We collect nothing directly. The Game does not ask for, transmit or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or any other personal identifier on any server operated by us.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

The Game saves your progress locally on your device only. This includes:

This data never leaves your device except where a third-party service listed below synchronises it. Deleting the Game deletes this data.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following services, each of which may collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their practices.

4. Advertising

The Game shows banner ads, occasional full-screen ads, and optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Ads may be personalised based on information collected by our advertising partner.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent form the first time you open the Game, where you can choose whether to allow personalised advertising. You may change this choice at any time from the Game's settings screen.

On iOS, you will be asked whether to allow tracking. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.

Purchasing the "Remove Ads" item removes banner and full-screen ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available, because they give you items in return.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through a third-party service used by the Game, please contact us and we will assist where we are able.

6. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. To remove all data associated with the Game, uninstall it from your device.

For data held by the third parties listed in Section 3, please exercise your rights directly with those companies using the links provided. If you are in the EEA, UK, or a US state with applicable privacy legislation, those companies are responsible for handling such requests in respect of the data they collect.

7. Data Security

Your game data is stored locally on your device and is protected by your device's own security. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information handled by third-party services.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the revised policy.
